Wheel Of The Year

I seek to honour the Goddess and God as the Wheel Of The Year turns through celebrating the lunar and solar cycles, the Quarter Points and Cross Quarter Points. This is not just about seasonal changes, but about tuning into the subtle earth energies and moving with the direction of these energies. It's about recognising that we are part of Nature and celebrating and moving within that connection and flowing with this energy on all levels of our being. It's about connection and belonging.

The changes of the year bring obvious environmental changes and these signpost changes in earth energy which can manifest change within us as people of the earth; Nature People. The celebration of the Wheel Of The Year causes us to reflect and meditate which in turn enables us to let go of what no longer serves and move forward into change and growth.

The Underworld

The Underworld is a place of surrender, a place of letting go. Here I relinquish personal control and release all goals and aspirations. Here I am stripped of everything and surrender all I am and all I have. It’s a place of death where I await rebirth. It’s where everything ceases, everything stops, all things come to an end. There has to be death before life and this has to be truly experienced.

Journeying through the Wheel Of The Year takes one through the experiences of life, death and rebirth, the experience of continual initiation.

Spiritual practice, however that may work for any individual on any path, can only work to open us to this One Spirit and thus bring transformation, personal and spiritual development and therefore genuine growth that leads to perfect love and perfect trust.
